Most of our in-stock home decor and furniture items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger freight items may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, for select premium furniture pieces, we offer white-glove delivery which includes assembly and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is Drift's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Drift account to view real-time updates on your delivery.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Drift, we prioritize the planet. 80% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use recycled textiles in our rug and upholstery collections whenever possible.
